In accordance with Law-RI No.20 Th.2003 on National Education System (SISDIKNAS) in Section 19 paragraph (2) that "Higher Education organized by the Open Systems". And Law-RI explanation is written: "Education is an open system of education held by flexibility of choice and completion time cross-unit programs and educational pathways (multi entry-multi exit system). Learners can learn by working, or take educational programs .... etc."
To carry out the mandate Law-RI No.20 Th.2003, such that students and graduates can be quickly absorbed in the world of work. Then education system implemented in a professional manner with integrating the Regular Program and Employee Class Program. So that the regular students can absorb work experience from students of the employee class, well as in general the regular students getting a job from students of class employees, because some participants college employees are entrepreneurs, managers, directors, etc.
The benefits of the integration of the Regular Program, Employee Class Program, and Evening Class Program among others:
- Making the most student Regular Program getting a job before graduating college, and others direct working after graduating from college. In general, regular students getting a job or career advancement from students of class employees.
- For regular students who have worked or got a new job, be able to finish his studies on time, by attending Employee Class Program, no charge whatsoever.
- Likewise for regular students who work on shifts (turnover time),be able to finish his studies on time, with attending Afternoon / Evening Class Program, no charge whatsoever.
